The Commander of the Royal Bahrain Naval Force, Rear Admiral Ahmed Mohamed Ebrahim Al Bin Ali, paid an official visit to Naval Headquarters on Tuesday, where he met Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, NI, NI (M).
Upon his arrival, the Bahraini naval chief was warmly received by the CNS and was accorded a guard of honour by a well-turned-out contingent of the Pakistan Navy, according to a statement issued by the Directorate General Public Relations (Pakistan Navy).
During the visit, Rear Admiral Al Bin Ali laid a floral wreath at the Shuhada Monument to pay tribute to the martyrs of the Pakistan Navy.
The two naval leaders held discussions on issues of shared interest, including regional maritime security and potential areas for expanding bilateral naval cooperation. Both sides expressed their resolve to further strengthen professional engagement and defence collaboration between the Pakistan Navy and the Royal Bahrain Naval Force.
The visit reflects the close and friendly relations between Pakistan and Bahrain and highlights the mutual commitment of both countries to promoting peace, stability, and security in the maritime domain.
